Refund policy

Every Ventura Skate Co. item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at chadrryan805@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
